Nicole joined Glenbrook with experience in product management, marketing, and consulting. Having worked at the intersection of both banking and technology, she brings a unique perspective on fintech, banking, and payments to the Glenbrook team.
Prior to joining Glenbrook, Nicole was a Product Manager within the Payments division of Cross River Bank, a venture capital and private equity-backed financial institution notable for its partnerships with fintech firms. She led several initiatives from strategy through execution to build and launch new payments capabilities based on the card networks, card-less ATM cash pick-up, and emerging faster payments rails.
Nicole began her career as a consultant within IBM’s Global Business Services, working primarily with multinational investment banks and financial services companies on projects ranging from systems migration and business process improvement, to front-end website redesigns and digital customer experience. At IBM Corporate Headquarters’ Performance Marketing division, she led several Digital Transformation workstreams focused on promoting IBM’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product portfolio.
Nicole is endlessly curious about all things payments and fintech. She is particularly intrigued by the challenger bank landscape, emerging faster payments capabilities in the U.S., payment facilitation (“PayFac”) models, and alternative lending.
Nicole graduated from Lehigh University’s College of Business and Economics with a B.S. in Finance and Marketing, and a Minor in International Relations.
