Samantha Gordon

Samantha comes to Glenbrook with over 10 years of experience in the global payments industry.  Samantha joined Glenbrook with experience working with merchants and vendors throughout the payments value chain.

Prior to joining Glenbrook, Samantha led Account Management teams in the Payments industry at Adyen and Riskified. She advised her clients on payments solutions, international regulatory updates, and performance optimization. Samantha developed individual strategies for clients to optimize authorization and chargeback rates based on their industries, locations, and corporate objectives, as well as risk management.  At Adyen, Samantha developed a deep knowledge of merchant acquiring and best practices in areas such as cross-border payments, and different payments models including Payment Facilitators and Marketplaces.

Samantha began her career in payments at Zynga, where she developed international distribution channels for prepaid cards.  Samantha has also worked at Square (now Block) and Etsy, focusing on internal strategy and strategic partnerships.

Samantha holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Chicago.
