Lily joined Glenbrook from American Express, where she drove strategic initiatives across the company’s digital banking and payments products. Most recently, she led end-to-end execution of critical product and regulatory features that enhanced customer experiences across the AmEx’s banking platforms.
Lily has a strong interest in emerging technology and payments systems that foster financial inclusion for businesses and customers.
Lily graduated from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management with a bachelor’s degree in Management, concentrating in Information Systems with a minor in Philosophy.
