Justin has nearly a decade of experience advising leaders in the payments and financial services industries on complex strategic questions. At Glenbrook, he leads engagements spanning competitive intelligence, merchant payments optimization, and payments industry research and thought leadership. He has also supported Glenbrook’s work on global financial inclusion initiatives.

Prior to joining Glenbrook, Justin worked at financial services consultancy Novantas, where he advised corporations, governments, and nonprofit organizations on treasury operations and strategy. Justin was first introduced to the payments industry, and particularly the complexities of B2B payments, through his work in the treasury space. He continues to have a strong interest in B2B payments and the unique operational and strategic challenges they present.

Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Northwestern University.
