Sixty-two percent of 300 companies surveyed cited such concerns in deciding not to push IoT projects past proof-of-concept stage, CapGemini said. Still, the IoT market continues to grow with sensor-enabled devices expected to number 20 billion within two years, says researcher Gartner Inc. That includes medical equipment, autonomous cars, wearable devices, home appliances, clothing and many other kinds of gadgets already in use.”
