At Glenbrook, we value your privacy and we do our best to ensure the protection of your personal information. We are committed to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not sell your personal information or use it to contact you beyond the purposes stated below. If you have not opted yourself in to keep in touch with Glenbrook, then we will not contact you further.
Cookies
The glenbrook.com website uses first-party cookies to track visitors in order to help us monitor the effectiveness of our website. The visit data is logged by our website. There is no personal information collected, no email addresses, no names, etc. We access that log data through Google Analytics.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

When an inquiry form is submitted on glenbrook.com, our website takes the form fields, builds an email message, and forwards the message to the relevant email alias. The email alias, without looking at the message, forwards it on to one or more employees or partners at Glenbrook who are assigned to and responsible for each alias and who will act on the inquiries as needed by email response or phone.
Glenbrook does not retain the contact information contained in these inquiries in a database and does not use the contact information for any other purpose other than responding to the inquiry.
Contact Management
Website and Form Protection
Glenbrook uses reCAPTCHA functionality from Google in our registration forms and on our website to help protect Glenbrook against spam and abuse. View Google’s reCAPTCHA privacy policy and legal terms.
Payments Education and Event Management
Glenbrook uses WooCommerce Box Office as our event management system for our payments workshops. When you register for Glenbrook workshop, you acknowledge that the information you provide will be used to facilitate your experience in the workshop (for example – shipping physical materials, setting up an account on our website in order to receive access to electronic materials).
Glenbrook uses Zoom Meetings to deliver live virtual workshops. When you or your organization join a workshop through Zoom, some information may be captured or stored. Glenbrook deletes this information when it is no longer necessary to facilitate your workshop. For more insight, you may want to read more about Zoom’s privacy policy here.
Glenbrook’s On-Demand Learning courses are hosted by Thinkific Labs Inc. They provide us with the online course creation platform that allows us to offer our courses to you. Your data is stored through Thinkific’s data storage, databases and the general Thinkific application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. We will also use the contact information you provide during registration to keep in touch with you and to provide relevant payments related insights and marketing. You can opt out at any time.
If you sign up for a public Glenbrook Payments Boot Camp, we distribute the attendee list to all registered attendees. You are asked a week prior to each event, in an Event Reminder email, whether you agree to have your name published to other attendees at which time you may indicate, via email, that you do not want your contact information distributed to other attendees.

Glenbrook uses MailChimp for outbound email automation. Our contact database resides with MailChimp and we use it to automate distribution of our email bulletin as well as our Payments News daily digest.
When you sign up to “All Publications” you will receive our email bulletin, which is typically delivered bi-weekly. You acknowledge that the personal contact information you provide will be managed by MailChimp in accordance with their legal terms.
