At Glenbrook, we value your privacy and we do our best to ensure the protection of your personal information. We are committed to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not sell your personal information or use it to contact you beyond the purposes stated below. If you have not opted yourself in to keep in touch with Glenbrook, then we will not contact you further.

Cookies
The glenbrook.com website uses first-party cookies to track visitors in order to help us monitor the effectiveness of our website. The visit data is logged by our website. There is no personal information collected, no email addresses, no names, etc. We access that log data through Google Analytics.

Our website also makes use of third-party cookies from Vimeo that support preconfigured settings that visitors have established for video playback. Those third-party cookies may or may not be logged or stored by Vimeo. View Vimeo’s privacy policy for more information.

Glenbrook uses the following email aliases to support inbound communications from our customers and interested parties:

When an inquiry form is submitted on glenbrook.com, our website takes the form fields, builds an email message, and forwards the message to the relevant email alias. The email alias, without looking at the message, forwards it on to one or more employees or partners at Glenbrook who are assigned to and responsible for each alias and who will act on the inquiries as needed by email response or phone.

Glenbrook does not retain the contact information contained in these inquiries in a database and does not use the contact information for any other purpose other than responding to the inquiry.

Contact Management
Glenbrook uses MailChimp for outbound email automation. Our contact database resides with MailChimp and we use it to automate distribution of our Payments Notes monthly email bulletin as well as our Payments News daily digest.

  • When you sign up to “Stay Connected with Glenbrook” you will receive our monthly Payments Notes email bulletin and an occasional additional email about Glenbrook goings on. You acknowledge that the personal contact information you provide will be managed by MailChimp in accordance with their legal terms. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the link at the bottom of your Payments Notes email from Glenbrook.
  • When you sign up to receive our Payments News daily curated news feed, you agree to receive a daily Payments News email from Glenbrook and you acknowledge that the personal contact information you provide will be managed by MailChimp in accordance with their legal terms. You can unsubscribe from Payments News at any time by following the link at the bottom of your Payments News email from Glenbrook.
  • Our two subscription mailing lists, Stay Connected and Payments News, are independent of each other. By signing up for one, you are not automatically subscribed to the other. If you would like to receive both, you must opt in to both via the sign-up forms, glenbrook.com/stayconnected and paymentsnews.com/subscribe.

Website and Form Protection
Glenbrook uses reCAPTCHA functionality from Google in our registration forms and on our website to help protect Glenbrook against spam and abuse. View Google’s reCAPTCHA privacy policy and legal terms.

Payments Education and Event Management
Glenbrook uses Cvent as our event management system for our Payments Boot Camps™, Insight Workshops, and Insight Webinars. When you register for Glenbrook workshops and/or webinars, you acknowledge that the information you provide will be captured in Cvent for processing in accordance with their privacy policy.

If you sign up for a Glenbrook Payments Boot Camp™ or Insight Workshop, we distribute the attendee list to all registered attendees. You are asked a week prior to each workshop, in an Event Reminder email, whether you agree to have your name published to other attendees at which time you may indicate, via email, that you do not want your contact information distributed to other attendees. Beyond that, we do not use your personal information for any other purpose than to contact you as it relates directly to the specific workshop(s) or webinar(s) you signed up for. We do not add you to our mailing lists after a workshop or webinar, unless you explicitly opt yourself in via our Stay Connected or Payments News subscribe forms referenced under Contact Management above.

Glenbrook uses the Adobe Connect platform to support our Insight Webinars. Both live delivery and recorded archives of Glenbrook Insight Webinars are housed on the Adobe Connect platform. Adobe stores the names and email addresses of everyone who attends live and/or recorded Glenbrook Insight Webinars. When you sign up for Glenbrook live and/or recorded Insight Webinars, you acknowledge that the information you provide will be captured in Adobe Connect in accordance with their privacy policy.
