Tom Peters is ENRAGED re: Women, MBA programs, and Soft vs. Hard Skills

This morning Tom Peters posted an ALL CAPS temper tantrum. I agree with him whole-heartedly as he argues that the truly hard stuff, the real differentiator of leaders and companies, is the ability to execute strategy:

THE RELATIONSHIPS-LEADERSHIP-"CULTURE"-"ACTION BIAS" [OR NOT] ARE THE TRUE "HARD STUFF."

His rant was provoked by a WSJ piece implying that MBA programs that emphasize "soft skills" are playing to "women's strengths"
