Lifehacker features PayPal’s cell phone payments

Today Lifehacker has detailed instructions on how to send money via PayPal with your cell phone… mobile payments 101 for the uninitiated. So far the comments include an endorsement of rival TextPayMe and a pitch for smartcard payments.
