A global payouts firm was seeking to enter two new countries and needed to understand the local payments landscape and issues that would shape its  opportunities in these markets. The client was specifically seeking market entry recommendations related to country payment options, an overview of players in the competitive landscape, and the regulatory environment.  


Glenbrook leveraged its existing knowledge on the country payment systems as well as the insights of highly regarded local experts from its network  to develop two country-specific market entry strategies.


Glenbrook identified three partnership types required to support market entry fully in one market and one partnership type required to support market entry in the other market. Glenbrook shared selected partner types and identified possible partners to serve in that role.
