“Socure , a company that uses AI and machine learning to verify identities, announced today that it raised $450 million in funding for its Series E round led by Accel and T. Rowe Price.  The round brings the company’s valuation to $4.5 billion, up from $1.3 billion this March when it raised $100 million for its Series D . Its new valuation makes Socure the highest-valued private company in the identity verification space, according to the company.”
