What is the format of the course?
Our courses use a mix of video lessons and knowledge checks throughout the content to reinforce learning.
Are there written assignments or exams?
The courses focus on knowledge checks and quizzes throughout the content instead of formal assignments or exams. To progress through the course requires a score of 70% or higher on each knowledge check.
Are handouts provided, and can I download them?
All presentation slides are provided in a downloadable handbook (.pdf format).
Is there a final exam or certification at the end of the course?
Some courses offer a final knowledge check encompassing the entire course, while others present knowledge checks throughout to assess your knowledge. You will be required to score 70% or higher on the knowledge check in order to progress through the course. When you successfully complete the course you will receive a certificate of completion.
Is closed captioning available? If so, in what language?
Closed captioning is available in English.
Are the courses accessible on mobile devices?
All courses are accessible through the browser on mobile and desktop devices, making it easy to learn on the go.
Can I change the video playback speed?
You can adjust the playback speed to suit your preference for faster or slower listening.
How long do I have access to the course?
You have access to the course for an entire year from the date of your enrollment.
Are there specific times I need to be online for the course?
No, our courses are entirely self-paced, accessible 24/7/365, and designed for you to engage at your convenience.
How long does it typically take to complete a course?
Completion times vary based on the course. You can pace yourself according to your schedule.

Are there opportunities to interact with instructors?
Some courses include optional live Q&A sessions, and if this is available, it will be noted in the course description. Live Q&A sessions will be recorded so that you can listen to them anytime.

You may retake lessons or quizzes within the course as often as needed during your access period.
