Lello has over a decade of experience helping organizations address complex global operational challenges. With diverse procurement experience, she brings a unique perspective to the Glenbrook team and has seen how payment challenges affect the various cross-functional stakeholder groups within an organization.

Lello is a champion of continuous process improvement and experienced in Six Sigma and Design Thinking methodologies. She knows that sustainable process innovations and technological innovations need to be designed and implemented with thoughtful consideration for all key stakeholders.

She is especially interested in assisting Glenbrook clients with innovation strategy, business-to-business payments, cross-border transactions and remittances, global eCommerce, financial inclusion and broader emerging market strategy.

Before joining Glenbrook, Lello spent several years consulting with EY in their transaction advisory services practice. Her work was grounded in leading organizations through early due diligence, strategic operating model design, effective change management, sustainable process improvements. She also has great experience addressing clients working capital challenges and cash management initiatives. With diverse industry and functional experience, her work has largely focused on assisting the procurement organizations of many leading Fortune 100 companies.

Lello holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University with a concentration in International Business. She is a member of the Chicago Council of Global Affairs and One Acre Fund – from financial services to other consumer sectors, she’s passionate about the innovation driving economic development in emerging markets.
