Beth brings her clients, and Glenbrook, a unique combination of financial technology, marketing, and execution skills. Over her twenty-five year career in financial services, Beth has developed new products, driven technology and marketing innovations, and created successful business partnerships.

Beth joins Glenbrook from innoburst, her consultancy where she helped businesses of all sizes enhance their product portfolios and enter new businesses, based on deep consumer insights and key strategic analysis.

Prior to her consulting work, she was Senior Vice President, Global Marketing Solutions for Discover Financial Services. Charged with creating and delivering a “different kind of payment’s network,” her team designed innovative global marketing campaigns, and created regional go-to-market strategies for emerging payments technologies including mobile and contact/contactless chip. Beth’s focus on developing new products and platforms, as well as systemic business model improvements, fueled bottom line revenue growth for the company.

At MasterCard International, Beth built a range of successful products and programs. She created MasterCard’s first global T&E card product, led one of the world’s first chip card programs (MasterCard Cash in Australia), and transformed Co-branded Partnerships into a revenue producing organization.  As Senior Vice President of Advanced Payments, Beth went on to develop and implement MasterCard PayPass, and built the company’s early stage Global Innovation Practice.

Beth began her career at Working Woman Magazine before entering the financial services industry at Shearson Lehman Hutton. She has an MBA from The Lubin School of Business, Pace University, NY and a BA from SUNY at Oswego, NY.

Beth lives with her family in Chicago, serves on the non-profit board of Lambs Farm, and plays tennis whenever she can.
