Our role is to assist investor clients determine the relationship between payment network rules, regulation, and system-wide economics and how these factors interact with the pace of change in the industry.

Project Types
Glenbrook provides two types of general due diligence support:
1. Market Assessment
In performing a market assessment, Glenbrook will validate the assumptions in the business case driving the valuation. We review and provide our perspective on the following parameters:
- Customer base and market focus
- Value proposition
- Growth projections
- Competitive assumptions
- Pricing benchmarks
- Partner costs and channel opportunities
We can also look at market reputation – either from our own perspective or through interviews (time dependent).
2. Technology Due Diligence
Technology due diligence projects assess what is “under the hood” of the investment target being considered. We cover topics including:
- Technology platform, performance and redundancy
- Security infrastructure, PCI, intrusion prevention and detection
- Risk and compliance policies and procedures
- Staff business acumen, development cycle, and quality of plans
These projects often require site visits and interviews with key personnel.
