Jacqueline Chilton has over fifteen years of payments-related strategy consulting experience and brings extensive knowledge across multiple disciplines including mobile or alternative models, eCommerce payments, fraud and risk management. As a Canadian now living in the U.S., she provides a cross-border perspective for clients on both sides of the border. In addition, owning a small deli business with her husband adds to her perspective on small business, reaching the banking underserved and employer payments. Jacqueline leads the Glenbrook Payments Organization practice looking at how merchants are increasing the sophistication of their organization structure for payments activities.
Prior to joining Glenbrook, Jacqueline was a senior engagement manager with Accenture in its Strategy and Financial Services practices in Toronto, New York and San Francisco. Over her ten-year tenure with Accenture, she consulted to a number of card companies, banks, insurance and other financial services companies in the United States, Canada and Europe. Her work for these organizations included market entry strategy, new product development, commercial cards, enabling partner selection, strategic sourcing and interchange strategies. Prior to Accenture, Jacqueline was a consultant at Bain and Company.
Jacqueline holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from Queen’s University, Canada. Jacqueline is an elected official to the Napa Valley Unified School District School Board with a passion for financial literacy. She is also the past President of Yountville FOCUS, a philanthropic organization that awards scholarships to local students to pursue higher education and funds good deeds projects in the Yountville and Napa Valley community.
Jacqueline has been engaged to speak to Boards of Directors, customer conferences and public conferences on mobile and emerging payments. Most recently, she was the Chair of the 6th Mobile Commerce Payments and Implementation Conference in San Francisco in June 2013 and spoke on the Evolution of Payments at the World Council of Credit Unions Conference in Ottawa, Canada in July 2013.
