Payments Industry Education

Glenbrook’s payments industry education program is designed to help payments professionals reach new levels of understanding and insight into the payments industry. 

Glenbrook’s courses are small-group events (typically 35 - 40 people) with ample time for interaction with the instructors and with other participants. Our courses are attended by both industry newcomers and veterans.

Our program includes the popular Glenbrook Payments Boot Camp, offered throughout the year in California and New York, and our  "deep dive" Payments Insight Workshops.  

Glenbrook also conducts public & private workshops on a broad range of specialty topics in the industry.  Those include private versions of our Payments Boot Camp and Payments Insight Workshops.  Glenbrook has recently introduced three new workshops in our Payments Insight series:  Bitcoin: Basics and Beyond, Data in Payments, and  Global Payments.

Customized On-going Courses

Glenbrook has also created payments system education programs for some of our larger clients.  These programs include a curriculum of on-going courses, ranging from the basics to more advanced sessions.  These workshops can be delivered in-person or through a series of webinars.  Let us know if you are interested in pursuing a private program.

Carol Coye Benson

Carol is a founding partner of Glenbrook. Carol offers clients over 25 years of experience in product, marketing, and strategy development with leading financial services providers in both wholesale and retail banking.

Bryan Derman

Bryan brings an unusually comprehensive perspective to his consulting practice, having worked as a senior executive, security analyst, and strategy consultant during his 20-year career in financial services.

Jay DeWitt

With more than 25 years of experience in the payments industry, Jay brings a pragmatic approach to issues confronting clients in the rapidly changing world of payments. Jay has particular expertise in merchant payments and global eCommerce payments acceptance.

Russ Jones

Russ brings clients over 25 years of experience as an executive, analyst, and consultant. He is an industry pioneer in the commercial use of Internet technologies, and brings a strong background in payments industry analysis, strategy development, and product conceptualization.

Scott Loftesness
