With over fifteen years of payments-related consulting experience, Jacqueline brings an extensive knowledge in market assessment, business case development, and product strategy across multiple disciplines including payment cards, cash management, transaction clearing, procurement and technology infrastructure.
Since joining Glenbrook in 2007, Jacqueline has led several client engagements providing assessments of payments business models, new product market assessments, vendor selection, project management and selection of payments partners, evaluations of alternative payments systems, and evaluating new payments opportunities for healthcare clients, charitable organizations and eCommerce merchants.
Prior to joining Glenbrook, Jacqueline was a senior engagement manager with Accenture in its Strategy and Financial Services practices.
Over her ten-year tenure with Accenture, she consulted to a number of card companies, banks, insurance, and other financial services companies in the United States, Canada and Europe. Her work for these organizations included market entry strategy, new product development and interchange strategies.
Jacqueline holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from Queen’s University.
